To summarise the below, the steps are:
- Press the Windows button.
- Select the Settings icon.
- Select the System icon.
- Select the About icon.
- Select the System Information icon.
- You will be able to see the TSC3 serial number in the Info tab.

Click on the Windows Icon
You can not see the Windows icon on my controller because it has worn off, but that’s where the Windows icon is, in the top left of the controller.

Select the Settings Icon

Select the System Information Icon

View the Serial Number
In the (1) Info tab, the first entry will be Serial #.
