If you have a string or an alignment or super alignment in 12d, and you want to measure the chainage and offset of a point along a string, you can measure this with the String from a point measurement panel.
To open this panel, go to Utilities >> Measure >> String from point.
In the panel you will need to select:
- the string you want to measure to,
- The Extend mode, and
- The point you want to measure relative to the string.
