How To Find The Serial Number Of A 12d Dongle

To find the serial number and modules that a 12d dongle is licensed for, follow these steps:

1. Plugin the dongle you are examining into your computer.
2. Open a 12d drawing on your computer.
3. From the 12d menu select Help >> About 12d Model. This will open the 12d Model Information panel up.
4. The dongle serial number will be in the “Dongle” field.
5. The modules and number of points that the 12d dongle is licensed for are in the area below the serial number.
