The serial number for the DJI Phantom 4 is located inside the battery compartment.
If there is a battery in the battery compartment, remove in. You will see a sticker with two lines of numbers and letters, put together these are the drones serial number.
The sticker is very small. If you would rather you can use your smartphone to scan the QR code and it will paste the serial number into the Safari web bar.
